Roses are red. Violets are blue. Whatever.
Happy Singles Awareness Day! I guess today wasn't too bad. Tonight I went to dinner with Blossom, Connie, and Kevin. It was fun, especially since Kevin paid. I got candy today from Keenan and the Student Association. Not a lot happened today, but the little things made me happy.

WICKED!!
Yesterday Briggitte and I went to the Pantages Theatre to watch WICKED. I thought listening to the soundtrack over and over again would kill the whole show for me, but it turns out that I knew nothing about what was really going on. This play is at the top of my favorites, along side with Lion King. The entire cast delivered a strong performance. The woman who played Elphaba, Eden Espinosa, was amazing! She has such a wide range, and her voice was strong. The cast was amazing, but the plot was what made the play even more amazing. The creator is this play was very smart. It incorporated a lot of the movie into the play. It was smart, intelligent, and witty. I didn't expect it to be as funny as it was. There were a lot of twists in this play. Aah, I love it. On the way home, Briggitte and I could not stop talking about it. I want to watch it again! I recommend anyone who is able to watch it, to do so. It's amazing!

Today Kevin and I went to Erin's birthday kickback. There was not much to do except eat and play Wii. Erin had some really good Cold Stones ice cream cake, and I mentioned to Kevin that I had a $5 off Cold Stone cakes. We impulsively decided to go and bought a medium round Cookie Dough Delirium. Yum! We rationalized that it was for our birthdays. We passed the vintage store, Dee-lux. Everything was 50% off because they were closing down. I got some GAP jeans for $8.50. Woot! Kevin got a bunch off clothes too. The cake and the shopping was like a mini belated birthday celebration for us two. Now I have so much cake here in the dorm. I still have some leftover cake that Connie gave me, and now I have ice cream cake. Ah, diabetes. =D
