today has been the strangest day of my college life. enough said.

i am so tired. i haven't been getting much rest the past couple of nights. i just got back from watching a movie in jed and ronan's room. i could barely stay awake. i only had two classes today but it still seemed really stressful.

the weirdest thing happened today. connie, mamiko, and i were standing outside of the bookstore. connie sees a guy and says that he looks so much like jessie park. i see him and he does look like jessie. i guess he heard me and turned in our direction. sure enough, it was jessie. it was so weird! he was visiting jesus, andrew han, and some other people. weird times.

now i must draw.

excellent day! =D in my drawing class i had to draw my hand. it started cramping up after a while. briggitte, heidi, jazmin, and i went to victoria gardens. giselle was supposed to come but she lagged it. the whole trip was one big laughing fest.

back to school. i got back to my dorm yesterday and i did not want to be there. i still don't want to be at school but there really is nothing i can do about it. a lot of people are not coming back this quarter. i was hanging out with la, jason, russy, and some of the loma linda girls, and it took me a while to realize that they were not coming back this quarter. boo! monday nights are not going to be as fun anymore. next quarter more people are leaving too. this makes me want to hurry up and leave so i can go to loma linda.

my first day of winter quarter has been good. i got out of my classes at least thirty minutes earlier than i was supposed to. professors are lazy today. i LOVE my a&p 2 class! dr. grismer wears flip flops, cargo shorts, and a t-shirt to class. in his syllabus he wrote "cheating is optional unless i catch you." it's good to know i have options. =D this class is so much better than my a&p 1 class. i am actually going to enjoy physiology.

the phrases "DISNEYLAND!" and "let's do the wave" were the most commonly used words of today. jen and i went to sga to visit. it was good seeing all those people. briggitte, rachel, jed, chris, megan, bryan, jenelyn, and i went to eat. we got back to school and visited ozzie. good times. jen and i finally left for disneyland. we got there around 3. it doesn't matter anyway. it's free so it's not like we are wasting anything. thank you adrian. the winnie the pooh ride is awesome! we watched the second half of the usc vs. texas game at the espn zone. there was a huge crowd that started to gather. that game was crazy! CRAZY! even though usc lost it was still a good game. to take our minds off of the loss we went on matterhorn. that ride has never been more fun than it was today. throughout the entire ride jen and i would scream "DISNEYLAND!" see, this is how we lose our voices. i was already losing it from the day before, that's why my voice sounded to retarded today. today was fun. we kept doing the wave whenever we did something cool or were just standing in line. we are officially the most kiddy and lamest group adrian has ever taken to disneyland with his free pass. YAY!! =D

today was really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really fun! we did not do anything particularly exciting today. i guess we just acted like we were on crack or something. we went to various sports stores so jenelyn could look for some hockey equipment. it made me want to start roller blading again. good times. jenelyn had a doctor appointment so khaing and i had nothing to do. we filled up our time by RECYCLING (HOORAY) and watching this one teen chick flick. jenelyn came back and we went to old town pasadena. tomorrow is the annual rose bowl so they had the FOOD BOWL. the street was closed off and food stores and radio stations set up booths where they could sell food or do whatever. it was so cool but hella expensive. the funnel cake was mmm mmm good! but the really cool part was when we were about to leave. we were just about to cross the street when a float from the 117th annual tournament of roses parade started coming by. then more started coming. i guess they were relocating them or throwing them away. on one of the floats, the mermaid's head was cut off. haha! there were about 10 to 15 floats that passed by. i took pictures and recorded it. haza! on the way back to khaing's house i could not stop laughing. we sang sappy love songs with opera voices. i was really really hyper and i still am!! =D

i am going to go and visit sga tomorrow. wOOts! i think i will be there from 9 until 11 because jenelyn needs to talk to ozzie about physics stuff. then i'm going to DISNEYLAND!! for FREE!! thank you adrian, though i highly doubt you will ever read this. tomorrow shall be an enjoyable day. =D

new years eve 2005. it does not feel like the end of the year. seems like just another day. i can't believe 2005 is almost over. there is a lot i could say about this past year. there were a lot of great times and craptastic times. well, good-bye 2005. HELLO 2006! that's weird to say. see ya'll next year. =D

next monday was supposed to be a bum out day for me. now i can either go to disneyland, snowboarding, or paintballing. i'm leaning more to disneyland because it's FREE!
disneyland reminds me of the it's a small world ride, my favoritest ride there (i'm a kid at heart =D ), which reminds me of bryan freaking out about the dolls on the ride at grad nite which cracks me up every single time. good times. =D

the past three months have been movie filled, but the last few days i have seen really good movies. on christmas i watched "fun with dick and jane." i was rollin. ROLLIN!! good times. "memiors of a geisha" is a really good movie. i'm kind of sad that i did not get to read the book first but now i am starting to read the book. i'm sure i will like the book more even though the movie was great. i finally got to watch "king kong" today. it was a very good movie. the cinamintography was really good but if you sit too close, like i did, it can make you a little dizzy.

today we had our third annual christmas party! i love that no matter how far apart we get from eat other through the year, we always get together at christmas time and have fun, like old times. my secret santa was byron. he got me a hollister gift card. jenelyn gave out gifts to us girl. it seemed like she gave us presents from the nationality of our most recent ex's. khaing got something japanese, kristina got something japanese, and i got something korean. i like mine even though i don't know how to play it. it's korean jacks or something. kristina and kris got really excited about it though so it must be fun. =D outburst is a hilarious game! OUR TEAM WON!! wOOts! mark, teo, and kevin really got into it. aww, i love my friends!

i feel so mad. i feel so angry. i feel so callous, so lost, confused, just mad.

christmas vacation has been fun! i went snowboarding yesterday! i fell a lot but i want to go again.. even though i suck and now i am sooo sore. my vacation has consisted on hanging out with friends, shopping, and going out some more. i love it!
i am not feeling thet christmas spirit. i was looking at the skyline outside of my balcony of downtown LA. one of the buildings lit the top of its building with green, red, and white. very christmasy. i'm not really in the blogging mood so yeah.. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!! =D

i have never wanted to get rid of money more quickly than i did when i had to finish up my cafe card. i was asking my friends if they wanted to eat so i could buy them food. haha! i ended up with a case of 24 lime green tea snapples, a case of 12 caramel frappuccinos, a case of 24 sparkletts water, a case of 36 twix, and 2 cases of 12 v8 splash drinks. i love it! if anyone is hungry just go to my house because i am taking some home. and next quarter, if you're still hungry, come to my dorm and take a look at my store. =D
i am so glad this quarter is over! it's just that i don't want to go home but i don't want to stay here either. waah.

i can't believe it's 4 in the morning and i'm still awake.
today was fun. after my final, i went to the diner to watch tv with briggitte, kristina, laura, and jeanne. then i knocked out in my room because i did not get enough sleep the night before. laura woke me up so i could get my presents in kristina and her room. yay! i ended up staying in their room for more than two hours. then we went to get thai food with LA and marvin. yummy! the girl there was really nice. i like that place. marvin had to wear a hat shaped like a birthday cake for the whole day. it was so funny! then kris, laura, briggitte, and i went to the mall. we saw julie ha there with her roommate. that was random. we got really cool underwear from ae. heehee! we were at the mall for forever. i finally got back to my dorm and started packing. i really need to get rid of some of my clothes. at around 10 pm we left for victoria gardens. kabuki was closed so we ate at cheesecake factory. there were a bunch of us! i felt bad for our waiter, but we left him a massive tip. =D we went to the guy's dorm and stayed there for four hours. i said bye to russy. =( now i am here in my dorm, bored, and not finished packing. i'm so glad this quarter is over, but it was really fun!

at exactly 9:00 am i officially finished my first quarter of college. wOOts! =D

brian, briggitte, and i went to eat pho for dinner. we tried the one near tyler, pho ha. it is cheaper, nicer, and they give bigger servings but pho 99 has better food. viet food.. yum. and tomorrow, sushi.. i think/hope. =D

as i studied for finals, jazmin came to our room and we had a spill canvas, spice girls, and backstreet boys fest. finals week makes people act like they are on crack. SMARTIES!! hahah..

connie and i went to the cafe to get some lunch. i saw some girls getting boxes from the candy cabinet. i spotted a box of twix and told connie to crab it. then i went into the storage room and grabbed a case of caramel fraps. SCORE! i love the end of the quarter at the cafe because you can get loads and loads of junk so you don't waste the money on your cafe card. i have $164 left for the remainder of the quarter. i estimate that i will only spend $80 which means i will have $80 to splurge on junk. wOOts!
i got back to my room after lunch. i remembered not making my bed this morning but somehow it was made. i asked briggitte if she did it. it was giselle. THANKS MOM! haha..
i like getting free things. la sierra gives out a lot of free food to their students to help them with school. before they gave cookies, then pie and hot chocolate, and today they gave us pizza and jamba juice for dead week. that was freaking awesome!
i watched the LLA vs. LSA basketball game with the girls and russy. it started getting crazy after the third quarter and they went into over time. i miss basketball.

having to wait for math to come around has truely become a pain in the ass. i can't wait until next quarter when my classes will all be condensed in to a six hour slot in my day.

dead week has hit me hard. actually, only the first two days of it were hell. my last hell tuesday was yesterday. ironicly, tuesdays next quarter will be my best day.

i watched "moulin rouge" again last night. i have not watched it in a few years so it seemed somewhat new to me. i cried this time. COME WHAT MAY!! i love that song! =D that song and YOUR SONG. those two song have been stuck in my head for the past fourteen hours..

my life has taken a very VERY interesting turn. i am anxious to see how this turns out. =D =D

contrary to what my intension were, my weekend was unproductive. i did, however, attend a play at ELAC called "sticks and bones." it was three hours long but it seem a hell of a lot longer. at first i thought i was getting the play and the metaphors being applied. i was wrong. the play only further supported my suspisions that i am not a very intellectual person and am incapable of processing complex thoughts or ideas presented to me. thank you david rabe! but i found that i liked productions done by non-sda schools due to the fact that there is cussing, sex, and present more realistic situations.
on sunday i had open lab for cat dissections. i officially hate cats. i did not mind them before. they were even cute at times. but now, they make me mad. i guess the dissection is just getting to me. as i walked into the lab, i saw a white bag. i thought it was a cat but as i got closer to it i realized that it was a body bag. some grad students were dissecting a cadaver. i thought that i could handle cadavers but as i passed by the dead body i soon realized that they spooked me a little. after being in the same room with her for a while, i got used to it and got curious. too bad the grad students were working on the other side of where i was standing. hmm, i wonder if i can handle dissecting a dead person much less touching one. we'll see..

the past week was full of eating and sleeping. last sunday i ate at onami with steph and bryan. we did not get our $15 worth but it was so good. we did some shopping.. it's only $10! haha!
my internet does not work at home so i could not get online. kristina called me monday night and when i answered she said "thank God you're alive!" she thought something happened to me or something because she has not seen me online. aww.. she cares! =D
on tuesday i went to pf chang's with kevin and kristina. we eat like beasts! we messed up the kiosk khaing works at in paseo because she told us to. she does not like that girl that was working that night. that girl seemed to be getting annoye with us. that means a job well done on our part.
thanksgiving day was food filled. our food varities were strange this year. we had russian, viet, indian, american, and filipino food. and we watched "the longest yard" as a family. that was weird.
i did not get to go to the mall on friday as i planned because i went out with khaing and kristina. we went to noodlbe world then left after five minutes. then we went to noodle planet. fickle are we. we met us with the guys at bolsa chica beach for the bonfire. more people trickled on as the evening approached. smores are yummy!! =D
on saturday sheila had her birthday party at john's incredible pizza company. so much food! so many games! so much fun! khaing, rachel, briggitte, and i tried doing the basketball games. it was the really high ones. even with us four working together, we only got two in. that's just sad. sheila got really addicted to this gambling type game. but she got a lot of tickets from it so its not all bad.
i can't wait until winter break. whee!

briggitte just walked in from the library in hopes of making a nutella sandwich. but when she opened the bread bag she found that it was rotten. "why is the bread green?" yeah, that's gross. it's weird not having anymroe bread because we are known for always having bread. we have at least two loaves of bread at a time. aah, bread.

today is almost over and tomorrow i only have two classes. then FINALLY i can rest. when i go home all i will be doing is eat, sleep, eat, sleep, etc. aah, i love it. =D

the past few days have been really fun! i guess i will just summarize.

on friday i went with kristina to loma linda because she had an interview and i wanted ono's. we visited marvin at lollicup and saw russy's brother, mike. marvin hooked it up with free boba. oh honeydew, you're so good to me. =D then we went to kristina's house because she had to get some things. we went back to school to pick up jeanne, jan, xyra, andrew, and marteen. we went to the movie theater in jurupa. never go there! it's ghetto and scary. we watched "prime" which has officially become my favoritest movie ever!! =D "the night was young" so we went to the ucr village. we got crepe and boba. on our way out of the parking lot, marteen's car stopped. we tried to jump start it but nothing happened. she had to call for help. while we were waiting, we heard six shots. we thought it was a shooting but we weren't sure. then we saw people scattering and running everywhere and that comfirmed our suspisions. cops were everywhere and a helicopter was flying over the place in search of the suspects. when marteen's dad came he said he was the car behind the car they were trying to shoot at. then he told us that the shots were heading in our direction. that was scary. places to cross off our lists for places to hang out are the jurupa theater and ucr village (at least at night or weekends). i ended up sleeping in kristina's dorm because laura or briggitte weren't there.

sabbath's weather was beautiful. after church kristina, jan, jeanne, andrew, and i decided to go to newport beach. andrew drove. once again he was hanging out with a bunch of girls. the beach was so nice. we got hungry so we went to eat. kristina and i got fish tacos, a carne asada burrito, and cold stones ice cream. we got back to school to get ready to go to loma linda. kristina and i went to russy's house. brig, laura, russy, jason m, justin, jon jon, and ronda were already there. laura cooked chicked adobo and her infamous blueberry and gram crackers dessert. we went to kristina's house and got in the jacuzzi. briggitte and laura kept looking at my boobs. haha.. funny. the guys came but stayed inside. ronda is so funny! we went back to russy's house to eat some more, watch movies, and jason taught us some gangsta words. haha! i'm not sure what time i knocked out or woke up. only russy, jason, brig, laura, and i slept over. russy cooked us breakfast. yummy! we watched "the notebook." jason was so into it. russy and jason are hilarious! briggitte and i went back to lsu. i was so tired.

my butt is the talk for this week. jon jon calls me bum face because of an unforunate incident that happened to me. it was embarrassing but it is hilarious! i was supposed to sleep at 11 pm but now its 1 am the next day and i'm still not asleep. maybe it's the atmosphere at towers. so much fun!!

the rain came in very few drops. i was disappointed because i really wanted to wear warm clothes but it was hot! and next week it is going to be 80 degrees. there are no hopes of being able to wear warm clothes in the near future. that's ok.

in english i talked to jed about korean drama shows and halo. the halo talk was really weird. jake, jed, and i listened to final fantasy music.

after lunch i watched the korean drama show jed told me about. i think it's called "my lovely sam-soon" or something like that. but i like it. =D

today i was about to take an afternoon nap when connie called me and asked if she could stay in my room. connie and xyra came and started looking at the bride magazine i found in my drawer when i moved in. we started talking about weddings. i really want to plan someone's wedding.. just not mine. haha! i didn't get to take my nap so i went to math. when i got back to my room, connie and xyra were watching "how to lose a guy in 10 days."
connie was hungry so i suggested nutella. she got a fork and asked "is this a spoon or a fork?"

loma linda came to talk about how you can get into their progams. i went there for the free pizza and soda but ended up listening to what they had to say. i started freaking out a little because i hav a lot of competition. they said that spring quarter is the easiest quarter to get into but i don't think that is possible for me. but you never know.
after the stress fest, we went to the eagle's nest and watched tv. we went back to my dorm and watched "saw" and "how to lose a guy in 10 days," my second time today. i'm in love with that yellow dress!

the weekend is almost here. i have no clue what is going to happen this weekend but i'm open to anything, i guess.

i got to dissect a cat for a&p lab. it is an ongoing project so we only got to skin it yesterday. our cat has really thick skin. it was a little bit difficult pulling the skin off. i did not get to go to the gym so i could not have the sexy smell of formaldehyde and sweat. i'm tired. i'm going to take a nap. g'nite.

today was alpha and kevin's anniversary so he came for the whole day. and for the whole day they had my laptop.. i missed my music. silence is overrated. i went to eat with connie. hotlanta chicken wings are soooo good!! *yum* before my math test i went to starbucks with kristina, monica, jan, jeanne, and mark and had a little incident. =/ then i watched the football game for a little bit then it got kind of boring. connie needed me to help her unfog her windshield. aah, connie. after a night full of weirdness, i went back to my room and vacuumed at 12:30 am. haha! i hope i did not disturb anyone. and people have midterms tomorrow. oops! i'm tired now but i probably won't sleep yet. peace.

dinner has come to be my favorite meal of the day at la sierra. tonight giselle and i got to the cafe at 5 pm. we ended up staying there until 7 pm just talking to people. it was so funny! the upper classmen are fun to talk to. they are so weird but that's what makes it fun. =D

my hell tuesday miraculously turned into something i could handle. i got back to the dorm at 3 am last night/this morning. i got six hours of sleep but all the activity from yesterday wore me out. i ditched bible at 8 am. it's not like i need to be there anyway and i am glad i don't have english this week. i went to the library (gasp) and studying like mad for my a&p practical. i found out that i can't handle being in the library for more than two hours. after math i rushed over to get dinner, ate really fast then studying for a&p for 45 minutes. i don't really like how they test us, with one minute stations then rotating 30 times. but it is the best way to do it. thirty seconds is not enough time. =/ but what i thought was a three hour lab turned out to be only an hour and a half. yay!! that made my day. i went to tuesday tunes to hear russy sing. WOW!! it was good! i'm officially a fan. haha! but i'm sad i only hear one song. going to the gym released a lot of my stress and now i feel more relaxed.

heidi, giselle, briggitte, and i went to get food at taco bell so we could eat it during "laguna beach." after the show we had to decide on what to do. we decided to go trick or treating at laguna beach. haha! it was me, briggitte, heidi, giselle, vivian, sal, peter, and brian. we got ready. i borrowed jazmin's skateboard and went as a skater chick. =D it was getting late so we decided to trick or treat at riverwalk since it was closer, but peter was lagging it. we got to the houses at 10 pm and every house we went to said they had no more candy. i was sad so giselle gave me a candy she got from her RA. we couldn't decided whether we should go to UCR for a party or laguna, but ended up going to laguna. stupid tolls.. we ran around the beach for a couple hours. us girls were going camera crazy. after the beach we were going to go to palm springs for a party but us girls said it was too far. we went to denny's and had some interesting things happen. the guys just dropped us off at angwin because they were still going to go to morongo's. they're crazy! friends are =D

HOOTOROOT! today was really fun! connie was in my room and she said that she wanted to celebrate her birthday tonight since she was not going to see anyone tomorrow. right after, byron called and asked what i was doing tonight. we managed to convince him to come for connie. connie had to leave to do her art project so i finished uploaded my cds to my computer. connie came back and suggested we go to the mall for thirty minutes so she could buy a birthday outfit. while at the mall byron kept calling us because he was already at school. connie, being connie, was taking foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! we got back to school and met up with byron.. and then some =D. we watched the football game. we made fun of connie throughout the game. after it was over we decided to go eat. our first choice was tgif but the wait was too long so we ate at norm's. connie got free ice cream for her birthday but she only took one bite. i got back to the dorm and chilled with alex, jazmin, marc, david, heidi, and xyra. we were there for about an hour when i decided to head back over to my dorm. i talked to byron online and next time we are going to PARTY IT UP! fire sauce and hot sauce! haha.. eat, movies, morongos, club, and who knows what else. it's a plan. FOSHO!

what did i do today? i went to my seminar class. we had an auction, and the next time we meet we are doing a murder mystery game. that should be interesting. i hate walking to my math class! ambs hall is of the devil! i spent from 1 to 4 uploading my cds onto my computer. then after math i did it for another hour and a half. i got 30 done. then i went to the gym with xyra and michelle for an hour and a half and now i am blogging and will eventually upload more cds. i have 20 more to go. yay.

i just got back from the guys' dorm. i went there at 10 pm for worship which ended at 10:20 pm. but i just got back right now which is approximately 12 am. the guys are so weird, especially russy. "KUYA! IT'S MINE! KUYA!!" haha.. good times.

I MISSED BOTH SPILL CANVAS AND DAPHNE LOVES DERBY CONCERTS THIS WEEKEND!! I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MAD! but what can you do.. next time? hopefully.

caitlyn threw a surpise party for sarah tonight. a bunch (or three) people drove down from up north just for the party. it was an ok party, but the fun part was seeing everyone again. i got to see the sga seniors like west, jon, kavin, and chris. those guys are hilarious! i also saw sheila, jo, byron, rachel (which i saw thursday anyway), caitlyn, sarah of course, and apple drove down from sb. there were other people there too but i see them everyday in lsu. haha! it was an interesting night. four girls were dancing up on tamayo. then joanna shouted "tamayo has a boner!" and ran away. aah, good times.

it was a very tiring day due to the fact that i slept at 3:30 am last night/this morning and had a 8 am class. but it was worth it..

yesterday was a good day. there was not much that happened during that day part, but the night life is where it's at! connie was really bored so we decided to go to the mall. we saw alpha and kevin sitting under a tree on our way out of the parking lot and asked them if they wanted to come along. but when we got to the mall they disappeared. oh well. i vowed not to spend any of the money in my bank until black friday (the day after thanksgiving). i have been to the mall three times and have not bought anything or had an urge to. but i want to go shopping with my mom so she can buy me something. loopholes are awesome!

after "malling it" for an hour, we went back to school. i called up xyra and asked her if she wanted to work out. i was planning on staying there for thirty minutes but we ended up staying there for over an hour. =D there was this one machine that works on your inner thigh. it was so hard for me and i was only doing 80 lb weights! i had a hard time walking today due to the fact that my inner thigh was sore. =/

michelle and i decided to watch "the grudge" since neither of us has watched it yet. anthony came to drop it off. i ended up staying out longer than i intended because a bunch of people came and we started talking. after room check michelle came down to my room and we started the movie. alpha came a little later. jazmin knocked on my door and when i answered it her hair was over her face and she started making the grudge sound. it was scary/funny. briggitte came in but ran out because she did not want to watch it at all. xyra came after the movie and michelle, xyra, and i talked about our first kiss and all the mushy stuff. gag!

then today i got my phone. i was not as excited as i thought i would be but once i started playing with it and seeing what it had on it, i was in love. yay! my phone is not all crapped up anymore.

when i heard it, it sounded really familiar. i knew the words but i did not know the title. i suspected that it was by spill canvas but i did not want to speculate and get all excited. then at the end of the show where it shows some of the music they play it said "tonight's one tree hill had music from the spill canvas." then i started tripping out and called bryan. haha! a lot of people know who spill canvas is now. but they only know "all hail the heartbreaker." this is so exciting for me for some reason. but i know that once they get big i'm not going to be so happy. yeah, i know i'm not alone so don't judge me!! i hope that when they do get big they will start playing more accoustic songs.

the beginning of a&p class today was really interesting. dr. joseph was not there yet to we were mingling amongst ourselves. surge, abby, xyra, and i are all in pre-nursing and we had no idea where to go for assembly. we began talking about our majors and surge randomly said that he wanted to be a sexologist. i commented that i would want to take a class about that because it would really interesting. you learn something new everyday. that led to talking about positions, reading cosmo, and the kama sutra. some of the things surge and xyra were talking about i could not even picture. aah, i love it. and ironicly yesterday we were looking at skin diseases on the genitali and vagina. =O

i got my sixth? seventh? bruise yesterday. it rained and there were slippery spots on the ground. i was walking down the stairs from math. all of a sudden i slip and fall on my ass right on the stairs and i hit my knee somehow. now i have a bump and bruise on my right knee. waah!!!

i was going down the escalator at puente hills mall today. i was looking that the koi pond that they had and the koi weren't movie. they were still. at first i thought they were fake and they just stuck them in there. but when we got down to take a closer look they were moving their tales and fins. we thought they might be sleeping but i have never seen a fish sleep, ever. i recorded it and took a picture. security came and told us that we could not take pictures. i asked him why they were not swimming. he said that the current is going against them so they think that they are swimming. it makes sense but khaing was saying that he might be bsing so that he won't like stupid or something. i don't know for sure but it was so weird. i have never seen fish stay in one place for a period longer than ten seconds.

i hate getting credit card offers. captil one and chase send me mail all the time but i just end up ripping all of them up. it's so sad.. think of all the tree!! =O

i have been really busy this week. i had my a&p lab practical which was kind of weird. i am not certain on what i got but eh. today i had my a&p lecture test. that was fun. no really, it was. i finished it in 15 minutes. they were right, he does get all his questions from the study guide.

this week was our spiritual emphasis week. john henderson was our speaker. puc is lucky because they get to hear him a lot. i really like the way he speaks. he presents his sermons in dialogue form which keeps the listeners interested. and he talks about real issues that we would be going through. i love it!

yesterday i was supposed to be in my dorm studying all night for my a&p test but i got dragged into going to the mall with amy and briggitte. after we got back i went to the eagle's nest to get some coffee so i can pull my late night cram session. i ended up staying there for about thirty minutes talking to mamu and kristen. when i got back to angwin i talked to jason from loma linda for about fifteen more minutes. so much for studying. at least today's test was easy.

my cousin came to visit. it was really weird because i was just talking to kristen about how i don't remember when the last time i saw him was. my cousins and i are planning to go to san francisco some time to visit my other cousin. i am not sure what college she is going to anymore. berkley? ucsf? or some other one? i don't know. but she is in san francisco and near the city, that's all i know.

i got two more bruises near both of my shoulders. but this time i know where i got them from, i think. i am 90% sure i know but for the sake of not feeling like an idiot i won't say how.

i really miss my old friends. everyone is so far away and busy. talking to them online or on the phone makes me miss them more. i miss you guys so much! =/

i watched "in her shoes" today with kristina. i really enjoyed it. i recommend it to any girl. guys can see it too, if they want.

tomorrow is going to be my hell day. i need to finish my english paper, do a&p study guide, study for my a&p practical, work on my bible cd that take appoximately three hours, and do math. aah, don't you just love college?

i feel like i have not blogged in a long time. maybe it is because i blog daily and it has not been the case for the past few days. let me recap on what has happened. i got my fourth bruise on thursday or friday. i hate getting hurt and not even knowing about it. yeah, that sounds stupid.

i went to the mall three times this week. tueday i went with connie because she wanted to eat there. she ended up being late for her class which was really funny to me. on our way to school we got stuck behind this old guy that would break at EVERY stop light even though it was green. connie was getting so mad and i was just laughing. then on wednesday i went with connie again to shop. on thursday briggitte and i went to the tgif at the mall. good grub.

i have to read a book for english. the story keeps me reading but the writing is horrible. but i like the story more than i mind the writing so i keep reading. and it is required.

i have my a&p lab practical test on tuesday so i should study. peace.

i got another bruise!! wtf.. it's tiny but still! where am i getting these injuries? it's a conspiracy against me. I SWEAR!

things have been so interesting this past twenty-four hours. it will get even better in the next six hours and it just might get GREAT after that. this is hilarious! me = =D.. but at other people's expense and they know that. but I LOVE THEM! =D =D =D

the elliptical is my new best friend. i was on it for twenty minutes and it gave me a good workout.
i realized that i get hurt a lot but i never know how.i have a cut on my arm and thumb but i don’t know how i got it. then i found two bruises, one on each arm, and i don’t know where they are from. and yesterday i found a laceration on my middle finger. i think i know where i got it from but i don’t know how i got it. iIt’s pretty weird.
there have been a lot of things that have happened in the two weeks that i have been at la sierra. none of them really pertain to be directly but the people around me seem to be having some type of drama of their own.
i finally found out what people’s names are! it’s awesome. now when they say hi to me i don’t have to respond “hey, there!” i feel bad when i do that. but today there was this girl in my class i did not realize she was in my class even though i talked to her and she started talking to me.i was like “what the..” and the i figured it out. i felt so bad. but she understood. i used to be really good at this but now I SUCK! eh..
i need to study for a&p. my a&p lab does something to jesus that makes him.. i don’t know. it’s just strange.

i just came back from running around the track. it felt so good to get some exercise. it's the beginning of week two. actually the first day has ended. but it has been a good start. briggitte and i went to sierra towers for the worship there. very good! it really was. sierra towers is a fun place. i should go to the guys dorm more often. there are some funny stuff there.. heehee. i really need to write the rough draft of my paper. aah, no sleep for me tonight. but i will take a nap during my five hour break tomorrow. acutally it's only four hours tomorrow since we have assembly. boo!!

someone called me "homegirl." WTF!?! i think that is funny. well i am at the library at the moment "studying." i acutally never intended to come here to study. i was planning on downloading stuff but i can't so now i am just here doing nothing. and i can't do math because briggitte has the book. in about thirty minutes i can start to do homework because by then she will be done with class and will give me the book.

i found out today that a rough draft for my essay is due tomorrow. i am not really that worried about it because it is a rough draft but that means that i have to spend a majority of the night working on it. but before i do that i must go to target, vons, and radio shack with briggitte. waah!

my five hour gap is getting easier and easier to fill. now it seems like i do not have enough of a break. and when i start working it will be even less. oh well. i get money. i should go tonight. we'll see. ok i'm done.. 15 more minutes!

i really like having a walk-in closest. why? because i can change and have privacy without having to go to the restroom. haha! it's so awesome. =D

my first week has come and gone. it was a really fun week. there was no day that went uneventful.
i was in my a&p class today and we were talking about mono and poly saccharides. it reminded me of the song "the night will go as follows" by spill canvas because of the part where they go "consider this song a testament of my devotion to your sacharrine scent." then that reminded me of second semester of senior year and i got really sad. but i love my a&p class. our teacher is strange but funny. whenever someone sneezes in class while he is lecturing, he says "bless you" in the middle of his lecture but in a very subtle yet funny way. dr. joseph is a weird guy. he has this afro mullet thing going on, but he can teach! i love his class. whenever i leave that class, i always think there is someone out there but it is just an elephant's butt. there are two but elephants next to both entrances of the classroom. it's so weird.
it's so weird and awkward when someone knows you but you don't know them. like you have seen them before but you don't know their name. for me it's that chinese guy that looks korean and this one girl. but i really like college because you make so many friends. at least from my experience. people are nice at lsu. now we have to hang out and stuff. victoria gardens, baby! =D
briggitte, mamiko, connie, heidi, giselle, alan, and the chinese guy that looks korean and is friends went to eat at a korean restuarant. i missed jessica because she is the person that cooks the meat for me. haha! i still smell like kimchi and korean bbq. these clothes will be smelling like that for weeks. elay did warn us so i really can't be too mad at him. evey night except for tuesday night i have only been getting five hours of sleep. the transition is hard. but last night i got six hours of sleep but i felt so much more tired than any other day. strange. i am looking forward to next week. yay for college!

PHO!! darren helped us out with that. there is a place called pho 99. we needed to help connie part her van because she doesn't know how to. i love connie! she has her moments. the food there was soooooo good!! we are going to go back there for sure. we got back to the party. connie's josh was playing guitar. she just sat there and stared at him. ALPHA GOT KEVIN A DOG FOR HIS BIRTHDAY!! he is so cute! kevin said he was going to name him doggy (or is it doggie?). the three of them are like a family. GAG!! =D once again we sat in the lobby but not until 1 am. my eyes are getting blurry due to lack of sleep so i will sleep now.

i only had two classes today but they were five hours apart. but it was so windy here but hot. connie had another one of her "josh experiences." it was my fault but i still got a big kick out of it. i finally ran today. it was awesome! it felt good to get exercise. scott and his friend brent came today. according to jazmin, brent looks like godzilla because of his hair. they are so funny! good times. i'm tired. off to.. i don't know what i will do. peace.

for some reason today was a GREAT day!! if you look at all the facts my day should be horrible. i only got five hours of sleep that night so i was really tired, my nose got a little runny, it was a very very hot day, i had a three hour lab, and i forgot my math book so i could not do my work. but it was still so much fun! lab was interesting. i met new people and my cousin's ex is in that class.. kind of weird.

college helps you figure out who you're friends really are. it's bittersweet because you learn the truth and.. you learn the truth. but it's time to move along and get on with life. that's just how it is, sadly.

it was a good first day of school. my morning classes went by fast but after that, the afternoon seemed to drag on forever. they make you feel so stupid in my math class. but it is my comic relief.
after dinner briggitte, jazmin, michelle, jed, and i went to the mall and target to get "school supplies." jed was supposed to come just to get a binder but he ended up not getting the binder but four pants and two cargo shorts.

i went shopping with kristina and jeanne and there was this shirt at hollister that said "conserve water. shower with a friend," and they wanted me to get it. i kind of wanted to get it too but nah. and there is this shirt at abercrombie that i really want. it says "i see you've already met the twins." heehee, i'm special like that! =D

i was in loma linda and i was on my way to the store when there was this thing in the middle of the road. at first i thought it was a paper bag but when we got closer it was a dead dog or cat. and i looked at it straight in the eyes!! IT LOOKED AT ME, I SWEAR! it was so freaky. it's going to come back and haunt me. IT LOOKED AT ME!! aahh!!

this is my fourth attempt at writing this blog due to the constant interuptions. but the past week has kicked my ass! i had so many things to do and i did not get enough rest. the retreat was more fun than i expected. briggitte, connie, and i all had our eye candy. connie got to meet her's but in the most awkward and obvious way ever. we had a talent show on the last night and there was a girl who performed a song she wrote. she sang it and played the guitar. it was really good! she was probably the best one there. her song was really sad. it's called "different blue" by anjuli. "i'm sorry, i thought you knew that when i'm with you the sky is a differnt blue.. maybe someday we'll see eye to eye.. so hold on because i'm letting go." she has an amazing sound. tamayo jesus, ronan, and some of their friends sang as well. they were surprisingly good. like, REALLY good! then my eye candy performed. whee! haha! he sang a song that he wrote and played the guitar. and he even had a cute/funny little intro. i hate jed! he says his name is "nerdy." but it kind of is.. oh well, just eye candy. during one of our worships our pastor said something funny: the middle finger is the universal sign for "God loves you, but i don't. pastor sam is awesome! that night briggitte asked me if i wanted to go clubbing with her and amy. i was way too tired but i went to ontario mills with kristina and jeanne. i bought so much stuff: 3 hollister shirts, 1 anf shirt, 5 anf undies, 1 aero jeans, 1 aero shirt, and 1 aero jacket. not bad for $70. haha! i havent gone shopping in months so i am making up for it. it's school shopping!! i went to kris' room to watch "sin city." such a weird movie. i woke up early to buy books. $114 for anp! screw that! i'll buy it online! oh! i got my tennis racket! i'm so happy! i can finally play again! and yay! everyone put a picture on myspace of the black and white party! that's so cool! aww, good times. i will miss this summer. best summer ever! thanks guys, for everything! *MUAH* i'm tired.. i need rest but i probably won't sleep for another 2 hours. aww, i'm so smart. peace out.

i was reading the quotes from megan's blog and it reminded me of how into "snake" i was. you know, the cell phone game. i got pretty good at it and i played it a lot. but i was not as obsessed as other people. haha

orientation is boring. but being here is fun, although it is tiring. i do not feel at all friendly and i just like to stick close to people i know. i need to get out of this rut in the next twelve hours because being friendly is what i will have to do for the next 72 or so hours.
briggitte and i went to victoria gardens today. it is a really nice place but it is more of a couple place. GAG. i haven't gone shopping in a while so: me = happy.

i have been tired for the past three days. moving in wore me out and so did the black and white affair. last night i only got three hours of sleep. and today seemed to drag on forever. when i got back from sleeping at kristina's house i had to go somewhere else so i could not sleep. but i got some time to myself but only slept for thirty minutes and then jeanne and kristina came a knockin'! then we helped kristina move her furniture and did some eating and shopping. i should really sleep now. i must get up in 8 hours. peace.

i moved into my dorm yesterday. it wasn't a very eventful time, though it was very tiring. briggitte and i went to jack in the box at 11 pm and went back to watch "the notebook." the deleted scenes are... just watch it.
today i didn't go to church because i was really tired. so after work kristina picked me up. we had our last party of the summer. kris, ryan, and kevin are leaving this week. noooo!! it was a really good party though. black & white affair

it's my last night at home. well, kind of. haha! i went to visit school. i didn't get to see as many people as i wanted. oh well. i finished packing. sort of. i still need to pack the little things. but overall i'm done. i think i am going to start journaling again. i bought a journal so i should use it. yeah, i don't have much to say for my last night at home. it feels good to get out. haha! i'm a horrible child.

my room is extremely messy and extremely turquoise. i am "pre-packing" or putting all the things i am going to bring to my dorm on my floor. but i do love the turquoiseness of the room. it's a break from all the white in my room. after a little pre-packing i started playing some games on orisinal.com. there is this one game in particular. it is called "the way home" and the object of the game is to jump from roof/window sill to roof/window sill and get apples while trying to get the little squirrel(?) home. i have not yet been able to bring him home safely, but i am determined!

i found myself sitting in front of my laptop and staring out of my window and at the moon. sounds kind of cliche. it seems like something that only happens in movies or books. but as i was doing that i thought about me. not in the conceited "all about me" way, but in the "finding myself" way. you know how when you take surveys and they ask things about yourself? i had a really hard time answering those questions. i never knew what to put down and even when i wrotet something down i felt like i was bsing my way through it. but in the past eight or nine months i have discovered a lot of things about myself. but along with this new found discovery i also found even more questions that i can't answer about myself. college is supposed to be the place where you find youself and make yourself an individual. am i the only one that feels like other people know me better than i know myself? it's probably because they can see how i act and they experience first hand the type of things i can do. i am lost. i want to find myself. right now i know i want to be a nurse. but what about when i actually get out there and start working? will i still want to be a nurse? i have never had the experience of actually being one and doing a nurse's job. how do i know if this is what i am meant to do? i am not sure if i want to get married or have a family of my own. most women have that maternal thing about them, but i am just not feeling it right now. am i too selfish to ever get married and have a family? can i handle all the sacrifices i have to make in order for me to have the things i want in life? i have so many questions about my future but i know that no one can answer them except for me. but i am not really scared. maybe it's because of the excitement of starting college and being independent. but will i start to freak out after all that excitement has gone away? self discovery, i'll take it as a blessing.

i miss having that funny little feeling. know what i mean? =/

five days and counting..

i went dorm shopping with briggitte on friday. it was so much fun! we got a lot of things accomplished. our room is going to be so turquoise! we have a color scheme and everything. haha! i am really excited to move in on friday. i can finally get away from home. waah!

saturday. briggitte had her 18th birthday party. we all met up at the rainforest cafe in anaheim. byron, khaing, rachel and i were the first ones there so we made the reservations. we could not reserve tables ahead of time so we had to go early. everyone came within the one hour and thirty minutes it took us to get a table. briggitte and i wore the same shirt! it was pretty funny. we finally got to go in. i sat with brig, rachel, khaing, and sheila, and then caitlyn came later. the food was sooo good! sheila can eat! us six ordered a VOLCANO. when they came out to serve it to you, they would yell "VOL-CA-NO!" after we finished eating we headed over to the boogie. the line to just park was extremely long so we ended up going to the hotel. we were driving 60 mph and jina had about three smirnoffs. all of a sudden she sticks half of hour body out of the window. we all freaked out! she could have fallen out. it was so scary. at the hotel the security was all over us because they suspected that there were more people in the room than there should be. yeah, we had three times the maximum amount. but we pulled it off. people were giving each other butt masages. so weird. everyone hogged the bed and knocked out. khaing, sheila, briggitte, and i stayed up and talked. steph was talking in her sleep and said jina's name. then jason talked in his sleep and said steph's name. everyone was just dreaming about everyone else. jina was sleeping and all of a sudden she gets up and puts her head to the wall. it was so scary because she was not answering us. then she woke up. we talked for a while and ended up sleeping at 5 am and woke up at 8 am. we got ready to go and some of us went to eat at denny's. all of us were so tired. i got to khaing'g house and slept for two hours. then she took me home and i knocked out for another five hours. so tiring.

most everyone sleeps early now since they have school. there aren't too many people on at 1:30 am. this sucks! my summer is ending soon and there will be no more partying. aiya! i realized recently that i really do not belong in an sda school. if i were in a state school i would never be in my dorm during the weekends, i would never have to worry about curfew, and i could do whatever i wanted. i guess i will have to wait two years until i can actually do that. but it is probably best that i go to a sda school because if i was not then i would be out all the time and i would never be able to concentrate. aiya, this summer has gotten me used to partying. i'm going to miss it. good times.

SPILL CANVAS CONCERT!!
awesomeness. i went with bryan to a spill canvas concert at the troubador. finding parking sucked! there were three bands that played before spill canvas. the first one was called new year's day. the next one was mashlin. i did not like them that much, but hey, if others do then good for them. one of their guitarists looks like one of the opponents from either rocky IV or V. this day and age performed. i only knew one out of the five or six songs they performed but that's ok. finally spill canvas performed. their drummer looks like lance armstrong and bryan pointed out that one of their guitarists looks like this one guy from buffy. they played a new version of "the night will go as follows." it was pretty good but i think i prefer the normal version. a lot of people sang when they played "polygraph, right now." i thought it was really funny because you hear all these people sing "fate is an elegant, cold-hearted whore." the concert ended on a high note for me because they played "all hail the heartbreaker" as their last song. that is probably my favorite spill canvas song. maybe because it's sad and angry. haha! hey, what can i say! it was a really good concert! i want to go to the daphne loves derby/spill canvas concert next month. anyone want to go? and i thought it was pretty cool that when we got into the car it was 11:11. but my wish was not all that special. man! now i have a bunch of gas because of the mexican food we ate before the concert. [you know you wanted to know that.] but it was worth it. i love that place! "mexico!"

you know how people blast hip hop or rap music in their cars? well i was on my way to the car and this big truck had all its windows rolled down and had talk radio on blast. haha!
then i went to the dentist and there was a couple working there. they are getting married soon. the guy was introducing his fiance, who was cleaning my teeth at the time, to this lady. after she left they were telling each other that they were more lucky than the other because they were going to marry the other. i wanted to GAG! WAAAAAH!

i was watching "full house" and it was the episode where michelle's best friend teddy moves away. she tied him up with a jump rope so that he could not leave. but he eventually got let go and they were both sad because they were going to miss their best friends. they gave each other their favorite toy, hugged, and he left. it was so sad because it is like what's going on in my life right now. all of my friends are leaving and some of my best friends are moving away to start something new. "and that's the way this wheel keeps working. that's the way this wheel keeps turning."

i went to a party tonight and i did not even know the girl having the party. stephanie bautista. it was her 21st, so you know what happens during someone's 21st party.. we got there and i did not really want to go in because i did not know her. but she was really cool. i knew some people. we sat outside for like two hours and then went inside to eat and dance a little. khaing was getting crazy! some people were already drunk. but stephen was drinking a lot but he was still sober. i guess he can take his liquor really well. people kept spilling their drinks so there are now alcoholic beverages on my slippers. awesome. there were cops outside of the place. now i can say that i have been to a party with cops. some of the guys there are really good dancers, like EMSON and royce. there are so many guys from pasadena church that are in the service. bj is in the air force, emson is in the marines, chris v is in the marines or something like that, and there are other guys too. and pasadena has a lot of hot guys. but i do not think i would ever go for guys like that. they are more for eye candy. haha! i like guys that are nerdy/dorky, but not like the typical ones you see on tv. i heart dorky guys! the party was pretty good but more people should have danced. man! if i went to a non sda college where i was living on campus, i would be out so much! damn it. too bad i did not apply to any. haha!
