my class got cancelled today. yay! that made the last five days complete. ever since thursday things have been fun. and today i also get my korean dramas. so excited!

i have survived! my first year of college ended at 11:55 am on june 15, 2006. i'm going to miss college. actually, i am going to miss dorm life. i will definitely miss the girls. right now we wre waiting for giselle to pack her things so we can move the beds back. moving out is a pain. packing all of my things was horrible. moving my fridge out is going to be the worst. i get checked out in about 2 hours and that will conclude my first year college experience. it was an amazing year! i regret some of the academic decisions i made but overall i wouldn't change anything. now it's back to cleaning and moving out..

i make awesome roast beef sandwiches, according to giselle and daryl. =D

tonight giselle and i watched a korean movie called "tae guk gi." we cried so much! i hate danny for making us watch it! but i don't regret it. my eyes are still a little puffy from crying. =/

finals week is about to begin. i am ready for this year to end, but i'm also sad to see it go. but it's official that the year is ending. i already registered for summer school and for next fall quarter. this summer i'm taking psychology at PCC. next fall i only registered for two of my classes since i still have to decide what classes i want to take. so far i'm taking chemistry and yoga. YOGA! i think it'll so cool! i'm pretty excited. i can get more flexible. wOOts!

today was the most bummy day ever. giselle and i woke up around 1 pm. we spent most of our time listening to sad emo songs and filipino songs. we also watched some stuff on youtube. i was really sad but for some reason i couldn't stop smiling. we ate whatever we could find and bummed out.
i have been getting a lot of sleep the past three to four days. on wednesday night i slept for 10 hours. thursday night i got 8. friday afternoon i took a 2 hour nap and slept 8 hours that night. and tonight i plan to sleep a lot more. yay for sleep!

right now i'm hanging out in my dorm with my roomies. briggitte is ready to bring most of her things home tonight and heidi is packing while we listen to yellowcard. i'm so emo. i'm going to miss college life.

recent occurances in friends lives make me think: i want someone who will fight for me.

this week has been pretty bad for me. sunday and monday nights i only got four hours of sleep and last night i only slept for two hours. i haven't been eating a lot this week. i haven't felt hungry at all but everyone keeps telling me to eat. that cafe food is horrible and i live off of cereal. but last night i got hungry so briggitte called danny. she has that boy on check. he drove from corona at 1 am to pick up briggitte to buy ME food. and he paid for it. aah, good times. my stomach has been hurting too. but my week is pretty much over because i have no classes tomorrow and friday i just have to listen to presentations for english. today was not a good day for us roomies. we all had problems. giselle's laptop crashed, i had my microbiology issues, briggitte has 5 papers due, and heidi has her research paper. gaah! 8 more days..

two weeks. there are only two weeks left of school and i could have had a drama free year. but no! people decide that they are going to "joke around", if that's really true, and mess with my life. i can get emotionally drained really easily now since i have not had to deal with drama in such a long time. now i am get paranoid every time my phone rings or i get a text because i am scared of what people will tell me next. i am emotionally drained and i don't think i am up for the task of dealing with all this. i am not sure of what to believe and i'm scared of what might happen in the future. this was supposed to be a good weekend. i hope it still can be salvaged when i go to graduation on sunday. =/

i finally finished my first journal of college. giselle really wanted to read it. i got her hook. =D we read about all the memories we have had. it's already the end of the year. all of us, including connie, got really sad. i am going to miss these girls this summer. i love them so much!

this week has been going really well and it's going to get even better. today i got a free thai dinner thanks to my love. haha. then we hung out around the la sierra campus and took the most random pictures ever. the highlight of my week was getting my stewie wrist band, thanks to mr. daryl carreon! i love my friends. it turns out that everyone and their mother is coming this thursday. byron, sheila, ryan austin, joanna, and rachel are coming. it's going to be an awesome day on thursday! more people come visit! =D

i planned for this weekend to be uneventful but sometimes things don't go as planned. i was supposed to sit at home and do nothing but sleep and bum out. instead i went out with jenelyn and watched "the da vinci code." it was a really good movie and actually stuck to the book, even though they left some parts out. it's ok though because they kept all the necessary things in. the book is of course better than the movie. i think that book did a much better part with the ending than hollywood did. surprisingly hollywood did not make the romance portion much more than it was. acutally, they made it less. how strange. now i am at home and plan to go back to bumming out before i have to go back to la sierra and deal with another week of school.

i love when giselle talks in her sleep. it is like a mini show for briggitte and me. we go next to her bed to see what she will do or say next. today's show featured giselle speaking in spanish, english, and tagalog. in one part giselle said briggitte's name so briggitte responded. all of a sudden giselle starts talking in tagalog. man, i love my roomies!

yeah, so the past 36 hours have been pretty horrible. school has been at it's all time high stress level and various things don't make it any better. i'm glad i'm at home right now because that means i will actually have a good nights rest. i must endure.

this weekend was incredibly fun but having only 8 hours of sleep in a 72 hour time slot is not a good idea. i love my friends! =D

the past 24 hours has been a complete roller coaster ride. i don't think that someone should have to go through ten different ranges of emotion in that amount of time. now i am so tired because i only got three hours of sleep last night. i am just waiting to get back to the dorm and take a long long nap.

tonight briggitte and i have gone back in time to first half of first quarter. we went to run around the track, we went to a short worship at towers, she plucked her hair, i blogged, and listened to "songs for a new world" and we are the only ones in the room. aww, we both miss those times. =(

when i went to eat ramen on friday i opened my chopstick wrapper and found only one chopstick inside. does that mean anything like bad like or something? eh, i don't know.
i got back to the dorm today and i felt a little emo but not the normal emo. i felt like listening to filipino songs or songs that were sung by filipino people since most of those songs are all love songs. love songs are never my emo pick but i just felt it today. man, these mood swings are taking me to places.

this week was a horrible week for me but the weekend compensated for it. friday night giselle and daryl came to my house. giselle was so happy to be at my house for some reason. we went to little tokyo and ate some ramen. ramen, yum. we went to this vintage store near there. too bad everything there is way too overpriced for me to ever buy. then tonight i went out with laura and khaing. i went crazy at urban outfitters. i got a lot of cute things though. we ate at cheesecake factory. i am so full but it was worth it.

and thanks to everyone who have tried to make my week more bearable for me. it helped more than you know. =D

yesterday was my emo day but at night it got a lot better. daryl called me and asked if i wanted to go to cerritos to get some shaved ice. giselle, daryl, and i went to this place called guppy's. we ordered shaved ice with condensed milk, strawberries, and mango. it was huge! us three had a hard time finishing it but we conquered that shaved ice! we went to the drive-in and watched the end of "benchwarmers" and all of "ice age 2." giselle and i daryl fell asleep during "ice age" so i felt like a retard laughing by myself. it was a good movie though. those things made my day. =D
but today on the other hand was HORRIBLE! i had lab and it was the longes most terrible lab in the history of labs! i was so hungry because i had not eaten for 20 hours and when i got back to the dork i found out i got my rag. then giselle and i watched a korean movie that made me so mad. worst day ever!

i haven't blogged in a while so i am going to recap on the past couple of days.
4.20 was a very interesting day. i don't need to toke to have fun but i guess some people do. i went to loma linda and hung out with a bunch of filipinos and briggitte. haha. i have not laughed so much in a long time.
friday i went to victoria gardens with the roomies, jay, and osias. in the car we were listening to emo music, rolled down the windows, and yelled. good times. danny's party was that night. koreans are funny when they are drunk or high. we spent the night at andy's house. that experience only further proves that koreans are funny when they are drunk or high.
my plan for saturday was to wake up and do homework. instead i went to LA and didn't get back until late. i watched "silent hill" with daryl, vince, and wayne and we ate at max's. good movie and good food. there was a lot of drama that went on saturday, luckily none of it had to do with me. =D
sunday i went to loma linda and ate at bj's with the filipinos. ryan is so hilarious that it's ridiculous!
and now for today. it was not a very good day. i am glad that today i can register for summer school and i found out i got a 98 on a test i didn't study for. giselle was really emo today which in turn made me a little emo, kind of. giselle and i sat in the room and talked for a long time. aww, roomies/cousins! but today was interesting, to say the least.
i want next month to come already. gaah.

i was talking to bryan and he told me that 70% of college people find the person they are going to marry during their sophomore year, at least for adventists. i said that i hope i am part of the 30% that don't. i told my roomies this conversation. everyone i tell that i am not going to get married disagrees with me and says that i am going to get married for sure. my mom doesn't even believe i won't get married. oof! anyways, i unknowingly have a gravitational pull towards korean guys and because of that everyone thinks i am going to marry a korean guy. well, giselle was wondering how a korean and filipino baby would look like. she started building it up in her head and came to the conclusion that they would be really cute. so she tells me to do it, have a korean filipino baby. yes, let me just go find some korean guy to mate with and have a child with. like it's that easy! i just started laughing and saying sarcastic comments. i can't believe that marriage has become a serious part of the vocabulary for people my age. that's a scary thought.

history/philosophy MTRF 10-11: i hate this mother f***ing class!! i hate it so much that it made me cuss. s***!
english MWF 11-12: easiest class and certain people (heehee) make the class, and my life, more interesting.
spanish TR 3-5: easy class but the teacher freaks me out. he is overly nice. creepy.
microbiology lab W 12-3: it's a long lab period and the teacher is very picky on how she wants things to be done. i'm scared of screwing up but it will be fun.

it's the first day of third quarter and i have already broken all the rules i set for myself for this last quarter, or at least most of them. i said i was not going to go out at night, but i did. i was not going to stay out past 1 am, which is curfew, but i did. i was not going to get a memo anytime soon, i did not since i managed to sneak in after 1 am. i was not going to procrastinate on any of my homework, but i am even though it is due friday. i was trying to cut back on chocolate but i ate a butterfingers bar. aah, college life is great.

today i met up with bryan at the mall. we went to eat out at in-n-out after somewhat getting lost. part of the conversation goes as follows:

less than three weeks worth of trash trash trash..

friday night was interesting, to say the least. i went to the a party at danny's house. it was the last party of the quarter and i knew a lot of people were going to be there so i did not want to miss out on seeing my fellow LSUers getting drunk off their asses. the house was crazy. you could not even dance because you couldn't move. so many people were there. i thought danny was the only owner that was going to be there but lilly, cindy, and wayne were there. at least danny wasn't manning the house all by himself. when we said hi to danny, he was already drunk. i must say that i like drunk danny a lot better than sober danny. he is nicer and less of a cocky jerk. a few minutes after i got there i saw four guys carrying a passed out asian chick outside so they could take her to the hospital. i unknowingly placed my sweater in the weed room so by the time i went to go get it my sweater smelled like weed. people were falling on the floor and beer was getting spilled all over the carpet. the party was getting a little too crazy so cindy and lilly tried kicking some people out. we went outside for a little bit when cindy comes out yelling at this girl, anita, that would not leave and was being a bitch. anita hit cindy and ran away. cindy got really pissed off so she went after her. anita got cindy in the face really good. briggitte and giselle were trying to pull off cindy. andy and saj eventually got them off each other. that chick fight was crazy! danny came out and told us to leave because cops were coming and we are minors. while walking to the car we saw three other fights. an asian guy got knocked out by a big white guy. you could hear the punch from where we were standing. after that we speed out of there. we went to ken's house to chill. someone told us that ten other fights broke out after we left. wow, what a way to end the quarter. and no matter what anyone says, it pays to be 100% sober. you don't miss a thing! =D

giselle went into my closet to talk to jay since it is quiet in there. i guess she found one of my bras so she ran into the other room where the rest of us were and she was wearing my bra as a hat. gee, thanks. and now my closet is tainted with flirting and lovey dovey talk. GROSS!

i had a lot of fun today. steph came to pick me up so we could hang out. we went to west covina to eat at chevy's. my family, steph, and bryan were all right. chevy's is really good. i really like their chips. we went shopping for a little bit. steve and barry's is hella cheap. last time i went there everything was $10 or less. this time it was $7.98 or less. bryan and steph, we got ripped off! haha! we walked around the mall for a couple of hours. we got some jamba juice and decided to watch a movie. there aren't any good movies out so we went to citadel. wow, the mall and citadel in one day. that is a landmark for steph and me. outlets are fun! it was a very productive shopping and catching up day. wOOt!

OH MY GOSH! the best thing just happened to me! i got the bestest birthday present today. kristina came from loma linda, like she does every thursday, and she handed me a present. POP ROCKS!! strawberry, watermelon, and tropical punch flavors. wOOts! i have been wanting pop rocks for months and now i finally got some. POP ROCKS!! score! =D

happy singles awareness day! valentines day this year was not too bad. i wore my i heart stewie shirt! =D i only had two classes today which makes me very happy. after lunch i went tanning with briggitte next to the pool. that felt pretty good. i bummed out in the room watching "family guy" and "wedding crashers" while painting. heidi dragged me along to the basketball game but i am very glad that she did. whee! giselle and briggitte came a little later. chedda came to pick us up. ronson and matt were at michelle's house cooking dinner. christina, taylor, and sarah came a little later. it was a delicious dinner. the dessert was soo good! =P the ambience kind of got ruined when we decided to watch "red eye" for our entertainment. but after the movie, chedda got thet guitar and started singing jack johnson songs and "you and me" by lifehouse. that was nice. i already loved the song "belle" but chedda got me to love it even more. he was practicing his guitar skills because he needed to impress this one girl. she seems really nice. we all sat around the fire place and hung out for a little while. amy picked us up. i don't mean to sound racist, but i spent a lot of time with white people today. i was actually a minority. pretty funny. vday grossed me out the most when i walked back to my dorm and saw four couples making out. i am still kind of anti-vday so..

tonight i watched "a walk to remember." it was never a "wow" movie for me. i liked it but it did not melt my heart whenever i thought about it. but tonight that all changed. it is such a good movie, but it makes me so sad. aah, movie nights are fun!
